About the program

The See Benefits Now text message program sends alerts and reminders to subscribers who have asked to receive them. Messages may include new or expiring benefit programs, application windows and deadlines, renewal reminders for items you are tracking, new coupons and offers, and occasional updates about the Site.

By enrolling, you agree to these Mobile & SMS Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

How to opt in

You can join the program by submitting your mobile number through a form on the Site where you check a box or otherwise indicate that you agree to receive text messages, by texting a keyword we publish to our program number, or by giving us express written consent through another channel we offer.

When you enroll, you may receive a confirmation message. You may be asked to reply to confirm before any further messages are sent. Some messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Only enroll a mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to enroll. If you give up or change your number, please let us know so we do not message its new owner.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the alerts you sign up for and your activity on the Site. You may receive recurring messages. We aim to keep volume reasonable, and you can stop at any time.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. See Benefits Now does not charge for the text messages we send, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your rates. You are solely responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to stop messages

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Keywords such as STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT are all honored. You may also email info@seebenefitsnow.com or write to us at the address below and ask us to remove your number. Please allow a reasonable period for the change to take effect across our systems.

Opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from email. See Your choices & opt-outs to manage other channels.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, and you will receive a reply with support contact information. You can also reach us any time at info@seebenefitsnow.com.

Carriers & delivery

The program may be available on most major United States carriers, but carrier participation can change and we cannot guarantee support on every carrier or device. Messages may not be deliverable to all handsets, and features may vary by device.

Mobile information sharing

We share your mobile number only with the service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. They are contractually required to keep it confidential and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & your number

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized user for, the mobile number you enroll. By enrolling you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We may suspend or end the program, or remove any subscriber, at any time and without notice. We may also stop messaging a number that appears to have been disconnected, reassigned, or reported as invalid.

Privacy

Information collected through the text message program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you, including state privacy rights and our internal Do Not Call process.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Mobile & SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
